Fiberglass Mesh:
Made from medium-alkali or alkali-free fiberglass through warping, weaving, and coating processes. The fiber diameter is typically between 5-15 micrometers, with mesh sizes ranging from 4mm×4mm to 10mm×10mm, and a basis weight ranging from 80g/m² to 300g/m². The coating layer generally uses polyacrylate or polyvinyl alcohol, significantly improving its alkali resistance and adapting to alkaline environments such as cement and gypsum.
Polyester Fiber Mesh:
Made from polyester chips through melt spinning, followed by weaving and post-processing. Its basis weight is typically between 50-200g/m², and mesh sizes can be customized, with common specifications ranging from 5mm×5mm to 12mm×12mm. Polyester fibers exhibit excellent acid and alkali resistance and a smooth surface, making them easy to bond with coatings, mortars, and other materials.
